Enjoy a fresh and generous lunch selection. On weekdays, lunch features a daily changing soup, baked potatoes with various fillings, and fresh, hearty salads. Build your own salad from a wide range of options: smoked salmon, chicken, goat cheese, fava bean protein, Finnish squeaky cheese (leipäjuusto), feta, and shrimp. You can add extra toppings to your salad. The selection includes nuts, cottage cheese, watermelon, pasta, mango salsa, and several different dressing options.
Savory and Sweet
At Café Solo’s display counter, you’ll always find treats for every taste. On the sweet side, our selection includes cakes and handmade chocolates from Café Prassen in Rauma. Prassen prepares most of their cakes gluten-free and lactose-free. The selection varies according to the season. Mäkilä Bakery from Pori also delivers delicious treats to us weekly; these products are lactose-free. In addition, we offer muffins, cookies, ice creams, and macarons.
Our savory treats include the now-classic lunaleivät—hearty, warmable filled breads. We also offer archipelago-style breads made with rye bread, as well as glazed rye breads. Gluten-free savory options are available in the form of savory pies, supplied by Prassen Bakery.
